More details...is it right after running an app or it just doesn't work to begin with?

I had a similar problem with my Linux box and it turns out that when I use naotun, I have to wait a couple of seconds for the app to finish closing befor I can...say use Xplayer for an mp3 or something. For some reason my sound overlaps and takes a little longer to close out. I imagine it could be fioxed, but it hasn't been a big enough bother yet.
