I go out and buy the fastest graphics card for gaming and I find out it has NO linux support!!! (see sig.) I am really annoyed   :mad:  Any suggestions?

Tip for win98 (l)users: type copy /con/con in your command prompt to increase stability

check out ati's site, they got linux drivers. beta, but so are nvidia's, give it shot http://mirror.ati.com/support/driver.html


and they supposedly support all the good bits that ut2k3 needs

Well fancy that, then why the hell did they say only Windows was supported in the FAQ?  The treachery!

The drivers didn't work at all.  :(  I get the error about me having a 3rd party board (which I do).

hehehe, just as i heard, check out the ATI site now, "powered by ATI" cards should be supported now check it at http:/www.ati.com/support/drivers/linux/radeon-linux.html
