And now the UK....almost
« on: 31 October 2003, 06:49 »
Microshaft continues to loose its grip on government software. This summer they lost about 20 local/state/national governments in various countries to open source, and some this fall so far. Next on the list, England. The government there is debating switching to open source and dumping M$, who of course cannot understand "how can they not want to use our software!?"
