I think i have a book about minix somewhere, how relevant is it to modern day Linux?

btw what does everybody think of minix? (i haven't used it but would be interested to hear people's comments    )

Well Minix is still in use today in some of the tiny little distributions that fit on a floppy.  But Minux's main claim to fame is that Minix begat Linux.

With Linux distrobutions getting better and more pollished all the time, there seems little need for Minix
