I got my linux pc up and running over christmas break but, it didnt find drivers for my modem when i installed it, now i have the drivers for it. my question is how would i go about installing the drivers

its a 56k amr voice modem i dont believe it is a winmodem

it is an internal and they are in .tar.gz

I didnt do anything, I recently just made the swich over to linux
