Okay, I just made like the best preview ever. I want to know how to save it in MPEG format with audio... I tried many different ways to save it but it still won't play on a Windows player whenever I send it to anyone...

Try the DivX codec. It makes movies pretty damn small, and it'll work in Windows Media Player 7, 8 or 9 once your friends download this utility:
