I know you installed Red Hat now but since you told us that you still preferred Mandrake, maybe you could install a dual-boot and try this out .....

well i have downloaded these three rpms and will now try to install them and write a modified qversion of void main's apt article. i just had to quote the links so as to get correct urls. i can't stand the way those :p smileys keep popping up in themiddle of code!
