this seems to be the utility de jure. It used to be duality, but now most of the big theme builders are building for this.

Go to http://www.resexcellence.com/ for a comprehensive theme archive. Make sure to only use themes intended for panther, because you may render your system unbootable. There are also utilities for recovering from such a crash.

Wow a theme manager that might leave a whole system unbootable. I guess Mac OS isn't so much like other *nix after all.
