I HEARD OSX MIGHT BE GOING ON PC.  I HOPE SO CAUSE I THROW UP EVERYTIME I HEAR MICROSOFTS STUPID SHIT START AND THEN CRASH LATER.     FUCK YOU MICROSOFT!!!

The Marklar project is still an internal build, and Apple has not said anything about it. But you may not even need that, with the PPC 970 coming soon.

Marklar is the rumored port of OSX to the x86. I am pretty sure it is only a rumor though, so don't get your hopes up...

Though, I have read that Apple has been in talks with AMD, and there is more rumor about panther being a 64bit os that could run on AMDs 64bit procs. Fucking rumors. Would be cool though. still expensive on AMDs new procs (what are they called, Hammerhead and something else??).

It's Clawhammer and Sledgehammer. The former being the desktop one and the latter the server one. They are obviously codenames though and they will be branded as Athlon and Opteron respectively.
