Yea that would be cool.  I would kill to have os ten on a PC.


Because os ten is oss it is legal to do anything you want with it right ?  So would that mean that it is perfectly legal to port os ten to AMD 64 bit processors EVEN if apple was totally against it ?

Yes and no.

The Darwin core can be ported to x86, and a version does indeed exist. But the prorpietary Aqua layer is not OSS. This has not prevented OSS projects from trying to impliment a Darwin x86, Aqua, "glue" layer.

Such a project exists. Essentially allowing you to run Aqua via some sort of "emulation layer" on x86.

While cool, I doubt you would be able to run any programs.
