Yeah, because dual Xeon and Athlon 64 workstations are such
affordable
machines.
Compare the price of a Dell Precision 650 with the Powermac G5, with approximately matched features. And I was generous. I chose the Precision 650 because it was one of the machines against which Apple tested the G5.

My comparisons are probably not 100% accurate, but it still shows how computers at that range of performance are quite expensive machines, whether it's a PC or a Mac.

This is odd. Where I come from, computers over all are very dear in deed. Macs are generally cheaper, however, than other PCs. :eek: :eek:
