What are you talking about? Thats easy! Just boot off of a mac install disk and activate the root acount. It is so easy. You can also change the root password without knowing the old one, unless of course someone turned that option off.

Actually, it's easier. If you use sudo to run a command as root (administrator in the terminal I would think), it gives you a warning about the dangers and prompts for you to activate it. Hey, has anyone tried using single-user mode with OS X? Just hold down COMMAND-S during startup.
