I'm sorry, that doesn't follow the predefined Aqua Human Interface Guidelines specified by Apple.  Its just a shitty ass copy.

I know its a new version but why would Apple take something that looks and operates good and replace it with something that is unintuitive and shitty looking?

The stripes are too dark inside the windows and it interferes with the text. Looks like a bad rip-off of aqua! Looks like shit!! Let us hope that this is only an early version.

I think it is actually Linux...or an extremely hacked aqua interface. Either way, it's probably not 10.3.
