My iPod Arrived

I want one of those so much. I would kill someone for an iPod. Is there any way to find a 5gig one for sale now since they'd probably be cheap

there used to be.  When the new ones first came out, all of the stores, except the Apple Stores, discounted them and sold them.  I checked at my CompUSA and they had already sold them all after slashing the prices.

Check EBay, there are a lot of iPods on ebay.

I have the new 15Gb version and i have noticed the same thing with mine.  It gets especially bad when i expose it to temperatures below 20 degrees Celsius.  Ehh hopefully the 2.1 firmware update will fix it all when it comes out.

Check Apple's online store. They had refurbished 5 Gig models for $149, and 20 gigs for $249.
They sold out fast, but they might get more in.

I phoned Apple just now and in 15 minutes "we don't want to waste any more of your time, we'll just replace it."  So I'm going to an Apple store, hopefully tomorrow to get it replaced.  I love Apple Tech Support.  Never had any problems with them.
