I've put up two playlists so far.
Windows: 32 bit extensions and a graphical shell for a 16 bit patch to an 8 bit operating system originally coded for a 4 bit microprocessor written by a 2 bit company that can't stand 1 bit of competition.

It isn't really a compelling upgrade. I wish I'd saved 4.2, actually.

I am happy with 4.5, and do not wish to go back to 4.2. There is nothing wrong with 4.5

Turn them off under Preferences.

Perhaps it is good, but if I'd known that it offers nothing really new, I'd not have gotten it. Now my playlist is incompatible with my roommate, who still has 4.2 on windows.

he refuses to update because last time he did, it went from being mediocre to being poor, and somehow, lately iTunes is starting to work well.

he doesn't want to risk updating and having it be crappy.
