The Mac version and the Win32 version seem alike only in name. They both crash about the same though. Sadly it's the most modern browser I can run under Mac OS 8.1  :(

Calum:
what????????
i am certain you can get a more recent version of Mozilla to run than you can get of IE for that platform. have a look at this list of browsers, i am certain that IE is not the most recent browser for Mac OS 8, i just can't believe it.

Laukev7:
Try Cyberdog. It's been designed specially for Mac OS 8.1 by Apple.

All versions of Mozilla I've tracked down require CarbonLib versions newer than the one 8.1 can run. I am incapable of running a lot of software unless I can find an 8.5 upgrade CD.

Let this be a lesson to the rest of you: When Apple charges $150 for an operating system upgrade, buy.

Ravuya, send me an email. I have 8.5 on CD and don't have a use for it anymore.
