I hope there is a linux port of it, as Premeire is a good video editing app. but on mac isn't so good compared to FCP.
althought this is the only field of experience I have with macs (in video editing for school). Final Cut Pro 3 on my schools 2 dual G4 400MHz is way better than Premeire on our Wintel boxes.

I have only tried Premiere once and that was enough. It must have been put together by blind bats. No logic whatsoever when it comes to placing the gadgets and gizmos. But that

What do you guys think of iMovie? Seems pretty logical and easy to use to me, but I don't know if it's as complex as Premiere or FCP.
skyman8081:
iMovie is simple and easy to use, yet powerful-ish. it can do alot of what Premeire can do and is WAY better than Wind0ze Movie Maker.
but if you need to do stuff more powerful that what iMovie offers. Final Cut Express is availible.

Windows XP lets me modify my family videos an anecdotes on Windows Movie Maker.
