In my computer science class we use wintels, the machines double as the computers for webdesign. When they installed the new dreamweaver MX they also had to reinstall windows. It was so sad. All my prefs were wiped and I had to refind and rewrite all my header files and I had to tell Visual Basic where to look for them(in the default c++ header file folder). Thats not the end, the new webdesign software had a conflict with VB. On a few people's computer's(including mine) we couldn't compile without VB crashing and giveing us the error that we were trying to overwrite 000000x0000 (the windows kernal's location). Days like this that make me proud to be a Mac user.
