Get rid of UBB petition

I hope we don't have avatars, I hate them. When reading a thread I wan't to read a thread - not look at a stupid 35x50 image that some d00d thinks is funny.

Well this isn't exactly an OSS/FS advocacy site - the webmaster favours a propritary operating system. As do you.

it would be nice to move to something like phpbb, but that just seems like a huge pain in the ass. i think for what it does, it works fine. there are some features i would like to see, like stickies & board-wide announcements that reflect on every forum, but it isnt that big of a deal.
