He's sticking out his middle finger on the second picture, a subtile move to tell the photographer he wants to bone.

It's not 1983.  It's 1985, when Windows 1.0 came out.  Corbis (founded by Gates) owns the pictures.

And that's a Mac above Billy's right shoulder in the first pic.  :D
