I need a content managment system that lets me:

(1) make and update pages. Pages should be automaticlly be inserted into a template.
(2) not bloated.
(3) allows approved users to submit news using a WYSIWYG editor.
(4) allows said users to upload images along with their news post.

I tried a hell of a lot of different ones (even typo3 and PHPNuke). PHPNuke fits the bill, but it has no good documentation and the WYGIWYG editor is stand alone and doesn't post to the front page. . .

Because it would be a very big project that I probably wouldn't be able to pull off without any help with more experienced programmesr then me (and we all know how hard it is to find good programmers to help with useless projects).

Just the WYSIWYG editor will take me ages to make: even though someone wrote one and most CMSes use it now, it'll take me time to intergrate and stuff. . .

Tried it already. It actually looks the most promising. As for the images, I settled for Coranto with a WYSIWYG and upload plugin.
