hahahahhahaha. if you were to go to the police and say this person takes drugs, and show them any conversation or forum thread, and track it to x11, and bring him up, they could not charge him for ANYTHING on those grounds. you would have to find drugs on him, or in him. even if they were in his bedroom, for example, it is simply not enough evidence, because it could be anyone who put them there, trying to frame him or something. there is simply not enough proof. he would not get more than a slap on the wrist.
