forum/message board

[Master of Reality]

I need to find a good message board (like UBB) for my Bob message board.
I want it to be a .zip file, so i can uplaod it to tripod and it will unzip into my directory (tripod does this). But I tried a couple different forums and they had illegal file names that i oculdnt use in tripod. I tried YaBB and XMB.

I fear that having a forum on my webserver in conjunction with the chatroom i will eventually put there will be too much for my little server.

YaBB does work on Tripod, read this.

If it has to be a Perl one, your only two choices are YaBB and ikonboard. If it's PHP you're after, I suggest you go with phpBB. There are loads of others out there, but phpBB is the most popular.
