Build one yourself...
Get a metal pipe. Seal one end, Then put a compartment in the back with some space so the rocket (Coke Can, ect) doesnt quite touch the back. Then put a small hole in the very back where you spray in aerosole until it is quite full. Then put a ciggarete lighter to the hole. You might want somone with it over there shoulder too do this. And then do it. Aiming preferably at:
One Microsoft Way
Redmond, WA 98052-6399
But insted of using a coke can maybe a aerosole but do not let it explode on your sholder. (Or your mate) reenforce the back and the front will detonate on impact most likly.

that page might seem more the sort of thing you might be after, it tells you how to make a hand held cattle prod type device using only a few capacitors and so on.
