From my personal experience RH7.2 owns 7.3

i have never had that happen to me when i am installing re hat 7.3(and i have done it alot). i will say that when you do a full install it does take sometime though. and i personaslly have had more problems with 7.2 then 7.3

Oh, absolutely not the same... KDE 3.0 is a huge upgrade from 2.2.  Every package on the system would be a newer version than what is on 7.2.  But KDE is probably the single biggest difference in my book.  It also includes Evolution, I don't believe 7.2 did that.
