calum's code
Calum:
re: the original question, i don't use any code to stop IE users seeing my site! x11 does though! ask him.
My site has not actually been tested in IE per se though, i knocked it up in dreamweaver 4 a long time ago, and have since rewritten it in many different text editors, testing it in various versions of mozilla and opers (and lynx and netscape sometimes too) however, i have successfully viewed my site in IE6 on win98 with no troubles! check the source code for my pages if you really think there's stuff there, there's no real glaring html inconsistencies, that a browser should not be able to deal with... Maybe that's why IE is having trouble with it?
my one continuous inconsistency with real html is that i tend to leave out as many font tags as i can becuase they are a waste of space, however most browsers can cope with that even though it is incorrect.
Still, as i say, it should work in IE, was it really my site you were looking at?

thanks for all the replys. and yes calum u had checked under your sire to see if it worked in IE and it did not. it was a whiler ago though.
Calum:
oh yes! i remember that! you need to do your site in dreamweaver for that to happen... but it will fuck up randomly in other browsers too. That's why i started writing my own html... ;)
