i just wanted to set up the seperate forums so we wouldn't get the openopen stuff lost on this board (example i didn't see your previous post until just now).

interestingly 13 people have signed up on the openopen board but only 4 of us want to see the private discussion forums!

well one of our bunch already bought openopen.org and openopen.co.uk (i think it was zooloo) and i think that openopen.co.uk should point to our forums and we could put a publicly viewable flashy website on openopen.org. I don't actually know how to set up that openopen.polytheism.org.uk thing though, sadly...
 but this sort of discussion should be going on at www.polytheism.org.uk/openopen/ and not here!

I only have one good e-mail, I suppose I could register at my yahoo account, but I like the name psyjax, and don't wanna lose it

just a little bump for those that may have missed it.

a few of us are now over at www.openopen.cjb.net coordinating a kind of loose organisation aimed at actively encouraging schools, businesses and home users to use open source software instead of proprietary software for a number of reasons.

We are in the process of setting up websites at
www.openopen.org (zooloo is in charge of this)
and
www.promote-open-source.org (panos is in charge of this)

but we're not up to the point where we feel we are ready to 'come out' yet. If you feel you can write some pages for the sites, or add anything, or are just interested in how the nuts and bolts of it are coming along, do come along to openopen.cjb.net (you can click the link in my signature if typing the url is too much like work) for a quick visit.
