I'd say most people don't update, because even the updates/patches have holes and bugs.  You get nowhere.  All there patches fix some bugs and create new ones.

Sorry that file is in a nonstandard facist apple format, I am not a member of the Elite Apple Users party so I cant view it.

Please attempt being a little less closed minded and realise that some people like to run Linux, and forbid i say, Windows.
