I was looking for this one which I saw in the library before, but the issue wasn't on the internet at the time.  Zinc might be a good metal for casting if you can get it cheap enough.  They don't make cast (cast iron, bronze, etc.) things as much as they used to.

I was talking with a friend about this yesterday.  He made ice cream with LN2 and said it's great.

But, like the article says, LN2 can burn you badly if it splashes on bare skin.
