Apparently, having one bottle of beer a day is very good for you.  Two not so good.  Three is bad.

Wow, I didn't know that. Guess I'll have to switch from cranberry juice to red wine.

Why is red wine better than white wine, anyway?

To make wine white, they first remove the skins before fermentation.
Most antioxidants are in those skins.
