I can't find any Mac courses at all. let alone an Objective C Cocoa course.

Does MIT just breed coolness or is it me?
Anyway for any Australians I would recomend the ANU, it's a great Uni and the lecturers are more open minded than elsewhere.     (read : you get to use Real Operating Systems (on crappy old sun rays.))
