The site users.bigpond.com is running Microsoft-IIS/5.0 on Windows 2000. which may go some way to explaining why the host "users.bigpond.com" cannot be resolved. 'Nuff said. I don't know if i am comfortable with this newsletter thing being hosted on windows...

Well, I'm not very comfortable with that either but the outcome is sort of symphatetic. X11, you forgot the "e" letter after "i" in the word Society on the top of your page. Keep it up but  try hosting your newsletter on another site which runs on some *nix alternative of Winbloze.

that is a way too bright and colourful newsletter. It should be the same colour scheme of MES.

My news letter is quite good. I will have my site like that when i have my own webserver as i will do the whole site in PHP or something. Bur seriously thats pure quality. As it is the Second (The first was a fucking mess) its not perfect but what do you think of the content. And if you want to shout out just email me a story. And i will put it in there!

What matters is the effort. So, instead of blaming X11 for the outcome, we should try supporting him. What matters to me is people who dare to spread the word. X11 keep it up   ;)

Hey, I'm not blaming X, just pointing out to him that my opinion of his work didn't change much since the last one  :D

first : change the colourscheme .... it's ugly (and that's an understatement ... lol)

about the content:

the colourscheme scared me so much I didn't even bother to read it (which is also the reason to change it  ;) )

why dont you get a mailing list service from bravenet.com and let people sign up to receive the newletters in their e-mail? I have a Bob mailing list, and you can make excellant HTML newsletter in for it.
