I found an interview with this guy in an old FHM (uk), as far as my understading went he wanted to write a book called "Why Bill Gates must be stopped!" but he couldn't find a publisher who would risk publication. So he decided to write a fictional parody as a prediction of a future with a rich and poweruful MS.. with few morals.

Personlly I've been thinking along this guy's lines for some time now, I fear a future with a company as rich and "cutting-edge-minded" as MS.
