I know we've move to the other place - bit it's not up yet and I am so impressed I want to say it now.

Macman: LITERALLY a genius / bob - They are the right graphics - the open door + Tux = excellent.

Top right is my favourite - perhaps a drop shadow on the words Open?  Not a big one, close and quite faint - perhaps?

Cool anyway - and apologies to ecsyle_one, I think your graphics are also very good but Macman's are more appropriate (not better)

not to worry zooloo. that is why we post what we have done, in order to figure out what direction we want to go. i like the idea of the open door, but we need to work with it a bit. i havent had a chance to work on it since yesterday, but tonight i will play off of what macman has done.

hello, i really like ecsyle's graphics, and i am using them on the forum for the time being, but i really do agree that the opening door is an excellent concept. maybe we could have some fusion of the ideas? i also like the double 'O' design. maybe we could use more than one design depending on whatever.

Oh yes, finally, i have got the openopen discussion board going. It's up and i promise it will stay up, so go for it.

I like the logo on Calum's forum...

I prefer the Tux looking penguin peering round the door.

I like the use of ecsyle_one's test script.

The interlocking O's look like a chain to me which is not good.  The design also looks a bit cluttered with 2 logos.

OpenOpen or openOpen?  I prefer OpenOpen

The combination of ecsyle_one's text and Macman's Tux gets my vote - in fact it's a very good design and a good name too.

Gosh!  All your talent are ours!

PS The URLs openopen.org and .co.uk are ours - I registered them this morning.  I'll sort out webspace etc for our use later.

.com is already gonee.

the joke's on me it seems. my webhosts appear to be down right now. they are usually fab but of course hours after i set up the openopen forums they're down. of course by the time you read this, it'll be back up (hopefully) making me look like an idiot. Anyway, go and sign up on the openopen.cjb.net forums if you want to discuss the project. that's when they're back up.
