it was funny, cuase we were useing illustrator and photoshop with out the desktop weeee

gods, there's a couple, X11, i have tried one or two, they were both free off the internet, but they were both shit, and fucked up my windows so i needed to reinstall, them's the breaks. It's due to all the back engineering and guesswork that goes into writing a shell for windows.

yeah, but like i said, it'll be fucked and you'll need to reinstall everything,
i used litestep and it would not recognise any file/dir names over 8 characters, which is  pain in the arse if a startup script needs to call something in Program Files.

i used litestep, and it was too 'something' for my windows and windows would crash right after the login screen.
