Yes, clive anderson wins. he is funny simply because he is a barrister with a sense of humour. I have only seen one episode with drew carey but it made me cringe.

tom green's canadian.

and anyway he gets boring wuickly. you need to watch the league of gentlemen. and you need to watch it starting at episode one and watching it in order. you also all need to watch black books.

Compared with friends and all that pap, i think that SOME english comedy kicks ass. Still, the majority of english 'humour' still sucks cock. the english still think puns are funny!

Like calum says 'The League of Gentlemen' rocks, altough I dont think it would be found as funny abroad, I think in Europe it would collapse like a flan in a cupboard but it might do ok in the US. I fact I can see it doing better in Canada, people in the Falklands might like it too   . Anyways, why am I rambling about how succesful TLOG woule be abroad... Dunno

I don't know.. I am American so I obviously have a twisted sense of humor but I still think "Love and Marriage" was the best show on TV. I am Al. We are all Al.

Yeah, what was the name of the club all the men were in? "NO MA'AM" if I recall correctly. "National Organization of Men against Amazonian Masterhood".

We could start our own "Al" cult. The cult of "Al". We are all "Al". And it certainly does take more than a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head to stop Al.    Great line even though it was stolen from the Bobs.
