If you are talking about my desktop. That is the Indie version of Litestep 2.1(a shell replacement for Windows Explorer) using the psychout theme. Both can be obtained at http://www.litestep.net (along with other nice themes and extras for litestep). The wallpaper is Entroduktion which I obtained at  Spoono's wallpaper collection(there are alot of neat wallpapers there).
