You get your desktop configured the way you want for the screenshot, then you stick a copy of my Windows rescue disk (see other thread) in your floppy drive and press the reset button.
Someone please remove this account. Thanks...

windows, unlike some other operating systems does not come with useful utilities such as screengrabbers (to my knowledge, actually i seem to remember some sort of thing about pressing f3 but who cares?) so go and get some third party program that will probably only be a trial demo anyway from download.com. That seems to be the norm.

You press one of the keys above the arrow keys /*can't remember what one*/ and it will copy the screen into the clipboard, you then paste it where ever.

The key you would use says 'Print screen' on it, or 'Prt Scr' it's above insert. It will then be copied to clipboard.
Contains scenes of mild peril.

Load windows, take a gun, and shoot the screen that's displaying windows.

Haha, I'm funny.

Look! No start menu, the clock is far more advanced than the standard Windows XP clock and the browser contains no ads! It's magic! (also removed the most brute spyware components like Windows Messenger, Error-report etc.)

If your forced to stick with Windows, you don't want to look at the crappy Windows flag every day.
