for 54 US dollars.
I have the rest parts (vcard HD and the rest).

I've been using that mobo in my main machine 2+ years and havn't had any problem. 'Course, it was $70 with a athlon 900mhz. Cheaptacular.

I just bought a dual Pentium II w/ a pair of PII- 266Mhz processers and 320 Mb of PC-100 RAM on a Supermicro P6DLS m'board for $50.00; it has on-board SCSI (wide & ultra-wide) and a 2.1 Gb Maxtor H.D. all in a brand new Supercase.  There's a bunch of other stuff with it (NIC card, video card, etc.).  It pays to look around.
I'm SERIOUS about Linux; are you??

The mounts in that case look standard, but it's kinda hard to tell by just looking. They appear to be in the right areas.

The PS should be OK, but it may be proprietary. You should check the big 20 pin connector to make sure it fits standard motherboards. You can try plugging it in to any motherboard you have.

The Athlons are great, I have a SlotA-750 that I gave to my sister to go to college with. It keeps on truckin...
