There's a REASON the forum became so serious: because the current political situation became so alarming that people are more interested in discussing the situation rather than fool around. It's as if a customer at a hairdresser complained about the patrons discussing politics rather than sports right after the third world war was declared.

I want to talk shit about windows and OSX, and figure out how I can get dual heads to work in Linux. I want to go to the lounge to let loose and not have to deal with any serious business. Are you serious?  Its past viatnam!  Over 800 U.S. soldiers are dead Pluse over thousands of Iraqies.  Pluse we have the bush regime still arogent enough to impose laws onto its U.S. citizens and push his own adgenda on other countries that in the past would at least be considered an alli!

Also, a little politics on this forum is okay, but it shouldn't become the main topic of discussion.
A political section is just giving in on that. Also, a "political thread" is completely lame and not what our forum is about.
