Ok - question - I've a new machine
av266-ex mobo and 2gb ADM with 512mb memory.

Do I wait for redhat 8 or install 7.3 as is?
In fact 7.3 is going on right now! sofar without
any hassles - busy setting up security etc..

Do I upgrade to 8 or leave as is or reinstall..
Doing a reinstall is so bloody quick and easy
it won't matter at all.

What will be the benefits except for testing the
new bluecurve GUI? any ideas??

you could install 7.3 and isnt there some utility that will automatically upgrade everything for you?

previously I installed 7.2 and upgraded to 7.3
without problems.

But 7.3 runs KDE 3.
So what will be the effect of upgrading -
I know it's premature to ask seeing that limbo
will only be released tomorrow!

But maybe someone around here has some more info.

i dont know what all is upgraded as i am still running 7.2 but at least the memory leak in the quick browser will be fixed in KDE 3.0
