Have you ever used Outlook Express? Oh!  Of course you never used it; IT'S BY MICROSOFT!

Anyway, I was waiting an approval of my account and I used Outlook Express (yes, I'm a retard) and my email didn't arrive! It

Actually, it conveniently does that to my email too.  Generally, if it doesn't arrive while OE is running, it doesn't show up.
