That's insane! MS will blame their shitty XBOX sales in Europe on this, no doubt.

Can't tell the difference between gambling??? WTF is wrong with them? What the hell are they after anyways? Illegal gambling? How the fuck is that possible in an electoronic form? How can you get confused so easily?

Don't worry, this dumb law won't last. It was passed out of incompetence, and oh boy, the greek gaming public will make a big issue of this. Heck, they even said there's a petition and rally.

in a lot of countries online gambling is illegal for under 18 year olds unless they are accompanied by an over 18 guarantor who must be there in person when they do it.

difficult to enforce though...

Tell me about it! It's the most absurd law they ever tried to pass in this country    . Anyway, it hasn't been voted by the Greek parliament yet. So, I'm sure there will be a lot of changes to come. This idea first started after a scandal in Greece when a member of the Greek governing party PASOK, was caught on camera making illegal bets.
The funny part is that this particular MP was the head of the parliaments comitte against gambling    . Anyway, this article is a bit over the edge since PS/2's, XBoxes and other consoles are still sold in stores and much cheaper than anywhere else in the EU  ;)

Thats insane.
But its gonna die like a fish out of water. The Greek goverment has tried to pull some other crazy shit like that before, but the public just said no and it blew on the Goverment's face.
There is too much money involved for that law to live.
Yeah
