http://www.w3.org/ joins http://arachne.cz/ in the list of web sites whose images won't load in IE for no apparent reason whatsoever.

Is it time to get rid of that shit pile known as IE?  Maybe you should switch to Konqueror, the images look fine in it.
Someone please remove this account. Thanks...

And here's the bugger that was causing it:

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=us-ascii">

And to get around it, simply right-click and choose a different encoding.

IE Use the word HTML which is non compliant to the standards of HTML 4.1, and say IE Suports it, but it supports only Microsoft HTML, They should state this but they dont. Try www.ryanspc.com in IE, Look at its code. Look at it in Mozilla or Netscape 6.x

Also toshiba have released a laptop with Netscape 6.2 as the default browser

Anyway goosebury you obviosly have not used Mozilla before so, go see how it loads pages better that shitty IE, V6.0 if IE is much faster than 5.5 but slower than Mozilla 1.0!

Get a life, get linux.
