Here is a piece of literature for those who wish to work for Microsoft. It is the employee agreement, which is sort of like a prenup.

Note the fact that Bill Gates will literally own you, right down to your very soul.

even if I wanted to work for M$ (yeah right ....) I'd *never* put my signature under that contract, anyone who does is pretty nuts imnsho

how about this, i bet that many M$ employees did not actually sign that agreement, but actually signed an older version which contained a clause that said they would allow their contract to be "upgraded" at a future date...  :D

it is possible that no MS employee has ever signed that, but has signed a different one (when the were first employeed) and then the next day they were "upgraded" to a new contract which they dont know about.
