IBM have been advertising a LOT over the past year, particularly the iSeries, formerly the AS400. Server consolidation is a key strategy for big to medium IT shops using lots of window$ servers. Linux is gaining ground all the time in mid sized shops.
IBM have had some pretty good advertising campaigns lately. They hardly ever used to advertise on TV (in the US) but now they are very high profile and almost always include a mention of Linux.
