Vegetables are awesome. More people should eat it. Espacially kids. If they want to go to McDonalds and eat ham flavoured cardboard instead of kick ass vegetables, I think you're allowed to punish them real bad.

Just because they're vegetables doesn't mean kids have be given raw carrots and broccoli. All depends on the preparation; the key is to make healthy food taste better than McDonald's crap.

the only downside to a lot of vegetables is you can't eat them drenched in grease.
