Just ignore Quirk.

I hadn't seen it before and got a laugh out of it.

Ah, yes, I remember these. I think the other one who made them was X11.

A few more great put-downs:

'Longhorn: just a lot of bull'.
'Longscorn' (I made that one up)
'Longhorn: how do you want to be screwed today?'
'Longhorn: because we treat our customers like cattle!'

Eh. Not as funny as the other ones. Too preachy.

Depends on how you say it. Those above are better for banners than casual citations. But it sounds better in conversations if you say something like
'Longhorn? What a load of bull' or 'Longhorn? How appropriate. They're screwing you up'.

You mean like "Wisdows has booted sucsesfully. Your computer must be restarted for the changes to take effect", and then take that crap off at the bottom.

Here's a French site with a lot of excellent anti-Microsoft pictures.

http://www.antibillou.com/

Here's one of my favourites from that site on Windows Me. It's in French, so I will translate it:

'HI !!
OK, MICROSOFT reminds you that the XBOX comes out soon; it's huge and its blue screens are now apple green.
COOL, huh?
There, you can resume installing Windows ME.
Good luck...'

'ATTENTION !!
MICROSOFT Windows Millenium worked, and that's not  normal.
What have you done this time...
