Ya that is amazing, what sort of moron would keep modifying their breasts like that??? Such surgeries leave scars and are hard on your real titties(or so I think), you can't just keep modifying them. Pick a size, and leave them the fuck alone!  

Inflatable/detatchable? Could be. Maybe they have a way of modifying images/adding makeup so breasts look smaller?
