I wouldn't mind that myself, but for the other 18 billion people who like to eat at McDonald's I think they would like this person to get a life. It's not really the same thing though. You don't get "hooked" on McDonalds food. You do get hooked on tobacco (I am, smoked for many years when I was younger then switched to Copenhagen so I could breath. I may not have any lips but I can still breath).
I'm not sure that anyone who started smoking after the warning labels were added on tobacco can sue. I am pretty sure that only the people who started smoking prior to knowing how harmful it is can sue (or at least have a chance of winning). These people got hooked on the product when it wasn't known to be bad. Now everybody knows that a double heart stopper with cheese is fattening. If they eat it and get fat it's entirely their fault. I should sue my wife for making me fat if these idiots get anything out of the deal. In fact, I think the parents should be put in jail for child abuse. They didn't ensure their kids were getting the proper exercise.
